- Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The promised delivery time would be 45 mins within the 5 km delivery radius. This time is bound to be exceeded in unforeseen circumstances due to peak-hour business/demand.
- Exchange of food items will not be entertained in any case.
- Our staff members will not ask for any credit card details or other bank details
- All the financial disputes will be subject to scrutiny and a decision would be taken within 72 hrs any dispute should be raised within 5 hours of order placement.
- All the prices excluding vat + delivery and packing charges would be applicable for branches only
- A minimum AED 5 delivery charge applies for every order via http://begumsbiryani.com.
- The pictures shown in the menu would be for illustrative purposes only, and may not be an exact replication of the order being served.
- As we do not add preservatives or artificial ingredients the food should be consumed within two hrs of delivery do not preserve the food in frozen storage.
- All customers are requested to give the correct address and phone number, any wrong information would be leading to delay or cancellation of orders.
